Position Overview:
The Behavioral Health Technician supports the residential milieu by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, assisting clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support and assistance.

Schedule: PRN Night Shift - 7PM-7:30AM. (3 Shifts per month)
How Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) Empower Recovery:
- Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks and provides support to residents at mealtimes and snacks.
- Supports residents during structured outings and recreation.
- Monitors and supports bathroom use per client treatment.
- Monitors and documents exercise.
- Available to engage, challenge, and support residents as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mental health experience preferred.
- Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive.
- Previous direct mental health experience preferred.

In addition, we will soon be launching a certification program for our Behavioral Health Technicians.
